"What appealed most to be was the calming effect of Qi Gong and the healing effect"

In my youth I was always out searching for something without really knowing what I would find. Many of the wonderful modalities available today weren't available when I was young. People who practiced yoga were classified as hippies and not always in a positive light - dressed "funny" - hair uncombed - etc. etc. Now there are all kinds of personalities presenting themselves in many different ways.
I wish I had had Qi Gong back then in the 50s and 60s and forward. What balance it would have given my life!! Now at 76 I want to find that balance! I am in quite ok shape physically and ok mentally. But what appealed most to be was the calming effect of Qi Gong and the healing effect. I sincerely believe our bodies are able to heal themselves but with Qi Gong I can see that we can help that process in amazingly simple ways. Looking forward to that!!
