"The result and the transformation I experienced are the most valuable take away"

Why am I here? The call asked me to participate, and the same call asked me to join MVU 2022. One happened with another, attending four days of a live workshop with an empty cup. The four days changed my perspective on what a hypnotherapist is because it changed my 30 years of fear of heights in just a practice section! I am a person who cannot stand straight and look under it when it reaches to 3rd story level.

After the practice section visualised and commanded about overcoming my fear of heights, the next day, I challenged myself to go to Tallinn TV tower, which is 314m height, standing on the edge. The picture is the proof; there are so many fear and reasons not to go, but I went all in by myself because the result speaks louder than words.

The result and the transformation I experienced are the most valuable take away, and I could not imagine what I could get in the four months in this program. Now I never look back, and I am not afraid to even look down from a high story!
