I knew WildFit would be a challenge to take on board, especially after removing my gastric band. 
The beginning was full-on with information but because I was still at home post-op, I had all the time in the world and soon started to engage with the tribe, either by helping or being helped. And the bond through the challenge was massive. I do still miss the full-on tribe. That was the extra hand to finish the quest and enjoy the success.
