I wanted to refresh my memory of different NLP techniques I have learned and forgotten during my life. I found this Hypnotherapy course by Paul McKenna very interesting and signed up. I am very happy I did. The course gave me so many tools to help myself and people around me, who are interested to get help. My self confidence also increased during the course while practicing these new skills with other participants around the world. Every practice session was like an adventure - you never knew who you would work with and what you would learn from these people.
