"It's been a great tool for my business. And for my personal life"

I first learned about Mindvalley in 2018 when I met Vishen in Los Angeles, and he introduced me to the platform.
At that time I was getting into wellness as a profession. And it was just perfect alignment and perfect time.
Then I started exploring everything that Mindvalley had to offer.
So I did a number of courses and then, eventually, watched it evolve into the membership that it is now and I'm still a part of it, 4 years later. I also go to all the events in Los Angeles and it's been a great ride.
I've done a number of courses: I've done short seven-day courses, and I've done longer more intensive courses.
Some of my favorites are Speak and Inspire quest by Lisa Nichols and I love Vishen’s Be Extraordinary quest.
I find Mindvalley membership really impactful because whenever I feel like I need education on something or inspiration on something or just some background - I go to Mindvalley app. Because it's a home of a lot of thought leaders in my space.
Mindvalley is a great source of supplementary education for me. And a lot of the courses give me know-how.
If I don't have the confidence, if I don't have the methodology - I can do some of these courses quickly and intensely and then, let’s say, take my business to the next level.
So it's been a great tool for my business. And for my personal life.
When I was starting Membership, I didn't have many self-doubts, but I wondered if I would have the time to do everything. Because some of the courses are pretty intense, some are shorter but some are longer. So it made me organize my life in a way that I said to myself:
“Okay, if it is really what you want to achieve or you want to expand, you want to grow - then you have to map out the time and the space to do it”
So I had doubts if I would have the time to do it but then it just put me on the spot to realize that if I do want it, then I have to create the time which I was able to do, and then move at my own pace doing the programs.
I also did meditations and I also had a meditation on a Mindvalley app. And that was incredible.
I did my own meditations. And yes, it was very helpful. You can search for any type of meditation on confidence, on visualization, on everything.
There's also The 6 Phase Meditation by Vishen, which I think is really great. I actually recommend that to my clients as well.
I think at the point where it was before Mindvalley, everything in my life was telling me that wellness is where I needed to go. And Mindvalley for me was a meeting of the opportunity to meet myself and to come home to myself.
