"I discovered how I can clarify my talents and convert them into transforming lives around the world"

The challenge I have been facing for several months is trying to figure out how I can convert my industrial skills and abilities into helping people make incredible improvements in their lives.
For years I have helped governments invest months to realize their process challenges and root causes, so they could visualize their ideal futures and create solutions to improve their flow which ultimately led to the goal of increased customer satisfaction. Yay, good vibes all around! Residents are happy with the simpler process, staff are thrilled because there are fewer errors, and leadership is ecstatic we saved taxpayers’ money. I find this science-based work very satisfying. Seeing the whole processes is how my brain works and I love the challenge of facilitating crucial conversations in pursuit of excellent service. The problem I continue facing is lack of sustainability. Experiencing the dismantling of some of those processes and watching the reinvention of the wheel again and again is painful for a process improvement mind like mine.
Which brings me to what changed after completing my first Mindvalley Quest, I had an epiphany. I discovered how I can clarify my talents and convert them into transforming lives around the world! I applied for the Mindvalley Coaching program! I am tingling with excitement at the idea that I am finally grounding in my purpose and preparing to share myself with the world. Keep good thoughts that I am accepted to the new cohort!
