Today I am living my life on my terms, Consciously Creating the Life my Soul Desires but it wasn’t always this way. As a Transformational Coach (RTT) Hypnotherapist & Mindset Mentor, I have worked through the traumas in my childhood to let go of the emotional pain & limiting beliefs to create a happy, healthy & fulfilling life. 
My mission in life is now to help others do the same. I am committed to my Personal Growth journey & love the Mindvalley Quests. Personal Growth for me isn’t a destination, it’s a way of being.
