This experience taught me the value of dedicating time to my personal growth. In my opinion, this is something like the law of attraction- since June 2020 I made the decision to change my eating and physical activity habits, and lo and behold, I was exposed to Wildfit shortly after.
The results are evident and I feel very happy and motivated. I even indirectly influenced people around me and I love this feeling. I understand sometimes we prefer to continue in the comfort of our routine and it is not easy to have time to do different things, but I definitely recommend taking time to feed the spirit and be better every day.
