With the three Quests I took, I managed to impact my life and grow my level of awareness. I started working on my eating habits, I implemented a daily gratitude practice and my positivity boosted. I already feel how my self-love has increased, how planning my day and my activities have helped me manage my time more effectively.
The programs I took also helped me implement sharing knowledge strategies with my work team. We started spaces to teach important topics related to our work and using activities to strengthen teamwork. One of the programs said "when we share knowledge, we learn twice", and I believe it’s true.
I also had the opportunity to teach a trainee who had concentration problems two SuperBrain exercises, and some techniques that she could implement to improve her concentration and management of activities.
The truth is that I loved the experience my company facilitated for me. I am very grateful for this enriching opportunity in these times where the changes in the environment demand a greater strength of mind and body.
