Part of any successful organization is the continued growth of its staff. As such, I am a firm believer in investing in programs that challenge and uplift your staff’s knowledge and experience. However, given the pressures of everyday work and personal lives, finding time to incorporate such programs can be a challenge. That is why innovative programs that can deliver knowledge in an easy and effective way is critical.
I was introduced to Mindvalley about 6 months ago and, through the courses that I was able to complete, I found tremendous value. I then decided to introduce the program to our senior management team. We are only some months into the program, and I am seeing positive changes in my team – better attitudes, increased desire to try new initiatives let alone the ripple effect – the positive impacts this increased knowledge has brought to their family and friends. I look forward to seeing what the next six-months to one-year will bring.
