My big lessons are three:
1. Be humble: with myself, specially with my body, forgive me for being arrogant when I was younger and (in some way) abuse of my health.
2. Be wise: specially with my decisions regarding nutrition, understanding food is not only about taste. Use my knowledge about nutrition to have the same discipline I have with my mind, now with my health and body.
3. Belonging to a community: the journey (happlily) was not by myself, I have a wonderful community, colleagues by my side.
