The most amazing during this program was not the content that was great. It was the tribe, the power of the POds practice give me lot self confident in my coach journey, the people were amazing and in all moment you felt hold by the coaches. It is a wonderful experiences to learn in this way. We got practical knowledge, fun and lot new friends. 
 My personal transformation is the sum of several programs i did before. Integral life, wildfit, life book.. 10X coaching. Silva Method.etc,, and Holobody is a complementary input to apply in my practices as a health coach.
