I have always been passionate about personal growth and development - for myself and to support others in their journey. I did years of training in psychology, higher and non-formal education and coaching and was focused on the mind. But the foundation for a good life lies in a healthy body. The Holo-Body-Coaching Certification was a real eye-opener and gave so many more insights than nutrition and fitness on how to live a sustainably healthy life!
