Before this program I felt incredibly unfit, stressed and lacking direction. Since I started the course I have continued to learn about and explore my body and how I can continue to analyse and tweak to help my journey towards holostic health. I have also really enjoyed using the knowledge and approach taught within my coaching sessions, these have been a journey of self awareness and growth to make sure I am listening to my clients needs and using what I learn to help them. I am really looking forward to starting a business as a Holobody Coach.
