The reasons why I decided to take this quest was for the holistic approach to life, health and the person. This quest was engineered beautifully and presented very well by all members. Very insightful, interactive and practical steps to help anyone create change in their life. As a health professional, who values and has a good understanding of the benefits of the physical aspects of things, the emotional and psychological aspect of the quest was very powerful. It uncovered aspects of myself I need to work on to be a better human and coach. Beyond grateful and blessed to have been part of this quest.
