I saw the need to integrate health into the transformation of people that I mentor, even if that was not the main issue they wanted to work on. The Holobody Program gave me the skills and tools to help myself and my clients transform mind, body, and spirit. I now am able to mentor youth, young adults, and adults to mentally transform so that their body can transform as well.
