During the program, I stayed committed and managed to attend the classes and do the exercises in a way that resonated with me. The program was extremely well-structured and well-organized. I've learned and understood so much in terms of how the human mind and body work and I was constantly inspired and motivated to make big lifestyle changes to improve my health and overall quality of life. The program and coaches were also making me feel inspired to help others in their journey to health transformation.
After the program, I am now a person who sees her body as the vehicle of her soul in this lifetime and wants to keep it healthy and protect it from harm so that I can experience and enjoy life to the fullest. I've made big lifestyle changes - I go on walks on a daily basis and I keep track of my steps, I do strength training with the help of my physiotherapist as I'm recovering from an arm injury, I eat mindfully, I've cut down on sugar (I used to have my coffee with 2 teaspoons of sugar and that's now down to zero!), I reward myself with food and activities that enhance my health, I believe in myself and my ability to help others. I just can't wait to start my own coaching business!
