I am in the Aerospace industry and Covid did depress the market and also individuals in this market.

Key were sleep patterns developed. Darkroom, temperature, glasses to present UV screen and not eating before bed. I sleep 7 hrs versus 5 in the past.
The elimination diet helped me with energy and calmness. I am avoided caffeine and sugar, and this is quite helpful.
A structure to working out also helped.
