Before this program, I had struggled with body image for my entire life. Since 2018, I have been living with hidden chronic fatigue following a pre-pandemic virus, which meant I could no longer serve as a speech and language therapist or learning development facilitator. I had to learn to balance, walk and coordinate my cognitive skills again, literally from wearing shoes and climbing the stairs to being able to follow, understand and hold a conversation with others. I worked hard to get some balance and purpose back in my life. Then in 2020, mid-pandemic, I was diagnosed as neuro-atypical, with ADHD or variable attention, though the jury is out on whether I have Autism as well. Oh, and I am a woman in perimenopause, though having had symptoms for years, only recently diagnosed! 
I had done a lot of personal development prior to finding MindValley, however, it was Jim Kwik's Superbrain course, which I took in 2021, that spurred me on to explore other opportunities. Having coached before I was interested in the Evercoach courses. In order to serve others again, I needed to first be able to maintain and sustain my own health. 
Thanks to the inspiration of the Holobody Coaching program, I have gained so much more. I was able to explore, challenge and change my own beliefs, perceptions and behaviours around my body and health paradigms. I have deeper knowledge around physical, nutritional and scientifically supported meditative tools and techniques to improve my quality of life. 
Before the course, I would have to rest every few hours; make choices between seeing a friend or doing the weekly shop. Now, I make wiser choices when shopping for food, making meals, intermittent fasting and self-coaching. I have enhanced daily routines, incorporating the Peaceful Warrior, meditations, gratitude practice and visualisation. There is still more to learn and I am looking forward to deepening my knowledge further by going back over the content, but for now my life looks, sounds and feels so much more balanced. And after four months of the course ... I have more daily energy and am now able to drive my daughter to back to university, four hours away! I am using meditation, intention setting and manifesting (before, during and after each journey.) Driving distances is something I have not been able to do for four and a half years! The sense of achievement and of freedom is immense. It was not easy. Every day is a series of choices, however, with the wisdom and knowledge that I have gained through Ronan, Fran, Ajit and Vishen and all the wonderful Holofam members across the globe, my life is full of optimism and renewed desire to serve others once more. And it inspires me to continue to stretch and relearn other lost skills - in April, I hope to relearn how to ski, something that was implied I would never be able to do again... watch this space!
