"I feel much more informed about what my body is capable of, and how to care for it in a way that benefits me holistically"

Prior to starting Holobody, I had a general understanding of health: If you want to make an improvement, eat the right foods and exercise regularly. It sounds simple enough, however, as a Type 2 diabetic, this solution alone was not getting me closer to the healthy body I envisioned for myself. 
I had heard Ronan speak at a few Mindvalley events and became very intrigued with his knowledge about health and the science behind it. This piqued my curiosity about what I could learn in the Holobody program and possibly pick up a few things that could help toward becoming post-diabetic. When hearing that the program was being combined with Health and Body Mastery, I thought this would be a great opportunity to not only gain a spectrum of knowledge from a handful of experts, but also learn from this program as well as how to help others with a similar goal. 
Some of the insights I’ve gained through Holobody include not looking at diet and exercise simply from a lens of getting fit, rather, as a way to allow your body to experience life (and the world) as it is meant to, how to slow down and have a conversation with your body (and listening to what our body is saying to you), learning additional factors (beyond diet and exercise) that can impact one’s health, and knowing how/when to make adjustments to those factors in order to help your body perform at its best. 
Beyond learning about how to take care of my own body, the coaching element of this program has been gratifying as well. Learning some fundamental skills such as building rapport, empathy, and active listening would help in a coaching session as well as in everyday conversation. Being able to hone these skills in the weekly labs has also helped to build my confidence in knowing that I could have an effective session with future clients. 
After completing this program, I feel much more informed about what my body is capable of, and how to care for it in a way that benefits me holistically. Because of this, I can be at my best every day for myself and others. Additionally, as a male, what I’ve learned about the female body and how it functions will help me be a better partner. Lastly, I’m truly grateful for Ronan’s wisdom of health, Ajit’s wisdom of coaching, and their willingness to teach others so that we can, collectively, help make our world better.---
