Gracias a este maravilloso programa y sus excelentes coaches he logrado aceptar a mi cuerpo, amarlo, respetarlo y lo más importante escucharlo.

Antes de entrar a este programa, tenía serios problemas de aceptación de mi cuerpo en esta nueva etapa de mi vida que es la menopausia. Llevándolo a medidas extremas de entrenamiento y dietas, teniendo constantemente problemas para dormir - sin descanso.
 Gracias a este maravilloso programa y sus excelentes coaches he logrado aceptar a mi cuerpo, amarlo, respetarlo y lo más importante escucharlo. Logre entender que somos más que el enfoque en verse bien , tenemos que alimentar y tratar de tener un balance en nuestras vidas - "the 7 lifestyle needs".
 Gracias a la meditación ,aceptación, racing y cruising mode me siento nueva y feliz en este nuevo viaje y continuaré creciendo y aplicándolo.
