I was not an athletic child, but enjoyed strength training as a young adult. I spent most of my 30s race walking charity footraces of 10K, half marathon, and marathon distances. During my 40s I fell out of exercising regularly and struggled with depression and anxiety. Now, in my 50s, thanks to 10X Quest and 10X Coach certification, I am happy to say that I am reaching for new lifestyle goals as well as helping others reach theirs.
