Perhaps my biggest takeaway came from an injury I had mid-certification. Unable to identify the source of the injury, as I watched videos of myself doing exercises, I became acutely aware that some of my form was a contributing factor.
Without the understanding of what good, functional form really looks like, I may never have identified where my own weaknesses had contributed to my injury. I am once again gaining my strength back after the setback and feel more empowered than ever in being able to achieve a healthy level of fitness as a Certified 10X Coach.
