Before this program, I struggled with finding a health management program that worked for me and my family and friends in terms of overall health and fitness, especially in terms of time available and or spent on fitness and health. 
After the program, I feel stronger personally, and in gaining confidence to coach others, two of the reasons I chose to participate in the program. I was also hoping to learn more to improve my understanding around fitness. The attraction of being able to improve my and others fitness in two short sessions a week was definitely a lure. 
I would recommend this program, on top of the progress I have made, were that the facilitators are passionate about this program, and provide detailed information, support and encouragement throughout the program. 
The biggest, positive changes for me have been in growing my health and fitness knowledge, my personal health status, and knowledge and more confidence around coaching. 
My top 3 insights are: 1) To be healthy and fit doesn't take hours of training. Health and fitness growth can come from specific targeted, intense, short workouts. 2) Coaching others is an invaluable form of contribution from oneself to others in the community. Sharing is caring. 3) Community facilitates learning through engagement, support and encouragement.
