Listening to Eric's masterclass really resonated with me and I think this may be the year that I finally come to a place where my nutrition becomes healthy again. I really do believe you are what you eat and I want to learn how to avoid emotional eating so as to feel good about my body image again. Really excited to start this journey and want to play full out.
