Before Lifebook, I was stuck in all areas of my life, all the self-help books and programs I have listened to and read have had no significant impact on my life, it resonates with me, but they haven't made any lasting changes.
Thanks to Lifebook I have a vision, I have hope, I can be happy, I know the power lies within me and only me, no one is coming to rescue me, I have to start looking after myself, loving and caring for myself.
My life today is slowly changing, I am making lots of small changes daily, there has been a shift, subtle but profound, I can feel it....at last someone who makes complete sense in all areas of life. It's exactly what I needed to hear and the timing was perfect. I can do this. I am ever so grateful and appreciative of all the wisdom and knowledge you have imparted through this process.
