My Lifebook story began with my friend having completed some sort of course and telling me vaguely about it and that she was working, with her husband, on her love relationships. Exiting, but I was focused on developing my superbrain and meditation through Mindvalley.
Having finished several different courses the path returned me to Lifebook and I decided to go all in. I loved it.
Listening to Jon and Missy, which for me turned into lunch dates with my two newest friends, was uplifting and inspirational.
Thanks to Lifebook, I began to realise how much I’d already achieved and how much was the culturescape and that I’m ready to achieve so much more and in a position to give so generously and freely. I feel liberated. I’ve always enjoyed mentoring others at work and being a sister, mother, friend as I develop new relationships in my nomadic life around Asia.
I am a primary school teacher of 26 years and a certified life coach, but Lifebook has given me the focus and the space to deeply consider and map out the next 50 years of my life. So, let it be written, let it be done.
Thank you from my soul, Jon, Missy, the Team and all participants. And now, I am more protective of my time and who I spend it with. I have a powerful two-hour morning routine. I share my learning with a very close inner circle of family and friends. I love my green smoothie and I’m a hot, sexy chick whom no-one believes is 49 years of age. I’m reading, listening to podcasts, meditating, walking in nature and enjoying my husband and friends with even deeper connections. I’m still a classroom teacher, but that enables me to share my learning with a hungry crowd of little humans. Now, it’s time to share it with adults too. My life is unfolding in new, exciting and generous ways.
