I have been on a personal development roller coaster for 4 decades. I'm 74. I was a late starter. They all promised to change my life in one way or another. Some did make a difference. Some I did not even start.
I made a commitment to complete Lifebook Online in full and on time. I did it! Yay! This is a victory for me.
What I got from it went way beyond what I had expected. Yes, I was aware of the 12 categories - I had no idea how though-provoking they would be.
I had no idea I would have to dig really deep into the areas of my life I had successfully (or so I thought) avoided in my life. I have created a successful-looking personality to present to the world and hide behind. I'm looking forward to being the authentic me.
