I am 67 years old and have spent most of my life saying "I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up". I enrolled in Lifebook Online because I am at a critical time of transition - my long term intimate partner is very keen that we marry, or at least live in the same house in the same city as each other, and I am looking to change my employment status.
The Lifebook Program has provided me with the structure to clearly define my values and my goals; this is the first time in my life I have done this even though at the time of my indecision about divorcing my husband I tried all sorts of processes to get here. I love the HERE! I am really appreciating my various premises, visions and purposes - it is like they belong to a shiny version of myself! and I want to be that person, clearly, without baggage and consistently. I plan to grow my expression of that person and 'be the change I want to see in the world'. This alone is change enough, but as well, and as a result of encouragement from J on at the beginning of the course, I have, after 20 years of haphazard engagemet, consistently working a fitness program. I feel so much more alive because of it and my outlook, always on the optimistic side, is confidently and happily buoyant.
