Lifebook has definitely been a game changer for me. I love the field I work in (international peacebuilding, development and humanitarian response) but it comes with its' own challenges, with all my twenties dedicated mostly to volunteering and now in my 30s, with not as many opportunities for career and financial development as in other fields. This program has helped me think about all 12 categories, work more on myself and relationships, and become a more rounded person with solid strategies for an all-round better quality of life whilst doing what I love and believe in. I have started implementing some of the strategies right away, hand-wrote every category out in an actual book, and have a new schedule incorporating lots of these required changes. It has made me more mindful and thoughtful, as well as more focused. Thank you for this journey and I hope to be back with you soon.
