It's hard to believe it's only been 3 years since I explored Lifebook Online with Jon and Missy.
I went into the quest with little expectation, and I came out with 20 pages of a stunning life vision.
Little did I know that Lifebook would transform my life trajectory and accelerate my growth & transformation so dramatically.
I was at my lowest point in 2019. I was overwhelmed by personal caregiving responsibilities as well as professional career stressors. I was depressed, angry, and stressed all at the same time. And didn't know where I wanted to go in life.
I was lost.
Fast forward to today and my life has transformed into a paradise--just by putting conscious thought into the EXPERIENCES I wanted to bring into my life, WHO I wanted to become, and writing down my INTENTION in my Lifebook.
Only 3 years after Lifebook and I am living my life vision.
It amazes me how powerful an impact Lifebook had just by my setting an intention in words on a page! I've attached one page out of the 12 life categories we focus on in the Lifebook Quest. I couldn't help but tear up a little when I looked back at this page as it warms my heart so deeply.
✨ My path to paradise:
* The intention I set during Lifebook led me to pursue my yoga teacher training certification and to UPW.
* UPW led me to my transformative improv class.
* The improv class led me to finding the Artist’s Way workbook & discovering my creativity.
* The Artist’s Way led me to a flow of synchronicities and the Strangest Secret.
* The Strangest Secret led me to dream big and manifesting big.
One event led to another to take me to where I am today, waking up with so much appreciation for life and for everything and everyone I have in my life today.
