I really enjoyed working through the Lifebook program as it allowed me to bring consciousness and awareness to so many different facets of my life. 
As I work on the Lifebook on a frequent basis and continuously strive to bring more awareness to these areas of my life, I realize that I'm making positive changes in these areas. I would truly recommend the Lifebook for anyone that is serious about bringing change into their lives, and ready to change their habits by simply thinking through and changing their beliefs and visions.
