Before the program I was scattered in my approach to improving different areas of my life. Prior to Lifebook, I was looking for a tool that could support me to create my own unique authentic expression of life. Thanks to this program, taking a deeper dive into each of these categories, I have awakened to new possibilities, with intention to design a life of my own creation. And now my life has a renewed sense of direction and perspective towards establishing goals in each of the 12 areas of my life that I can systematically align to and execute. I look forward to cultivating new habits that little by little will be the slight edge that will alter my trajectory towards a better and brighter future to come. I especially look forward to implementing and adapting this for my 7th grade students when it comes to supporting them to set their own personal goals.
