"Lifebook gave me what I needed to get started on my next, not chapter, but book"

I was born with cystic fibrosis and had a lung transplant a few years ago. Going from mostly lying in bed for years to being able to buy my own groceries is beyond words. I was so happy that I could hardly sit down. But after some time it dawned on me that this new life could actually last a while. Maybe I could actually do something, you know like make plans - for a real future. I have been struggling with this for some time, feeling as if I'm throwing away precious time. And that's where Lifebook came along and gave me a whole new sense of what my life can be. All those feelings of overwhelming and chaos - how can I honour my donor and life itself - how can I choose? But you gave me the tools to look at everything, to see who I am in all of this. You helped me find a direction. Lifebook gave me what I needed to get started on my next, not chapter, but a book. Whit a deep loving breath - thank you!
