Just starting this journey along with a Quest: 60 day spiritual transformational healing path with Jeffrey. I just retired early to care for parents & travel, when Covid hit and changed everything. 
Plenty of good has come of retirement at this time, and now I’m excited to have the time for this journey into this third phase of life. I live in a cooperative, I’ve also learned about Leading without Authority and have let my posse know who they are to me. 
I am beginning with health and fitness and need to lose more weight( so far 40pounds). I need accountability on this.
