Before I started Lifebook I was a bit stuck on direction. I think working through Covid in health care and all the lockdowns meaning I couldn't travel freely between friends and family had a big impact on my mental health and ability to live outside of the fear of change.
The Lifebook experience was so remarkable. I loved being able to freely examine every aspect of my life myself. It enabled me to make time and show a commitment to myself to do so which I don't think I would have done. It so allowed me to see where and what improvements I could make to work towards a better me and to create a more extraordinary life as well as at the same time learning to appreciate everything I have and am doing already.
Because of this I knew I needed to quit my job .. without being fearful of money and thinking I had limited ability ... keeping me somewhere I really didn't want to be .. I am so happy to change and no longer fearful. I believe in myself now
have faith in my ability and potential. I am a lot smarter! The future looks a lot brighter ... I have a new job and I think my job change has helped me personally, my love life, my spiritual life, my relationship with families and friends ... I can soooo see how everything is related.
If I hadn't done Lifebook I think I would have remained stuck ... thank you so much for your inspiration Jon and Missy.
