"I have grown in confidence"

Hello! The main reason for joining Lifebook was because I needed to make a decision whether to invest time + money to go back and finish law school. This is a very BIG decision because at this juncture in my life, that time could be well-spent advancing the relationship & family component of life. The decision made me feel as if I had to choose one over the other (law school or relationship & family).

The uncertainty around this decision was adding a lot of DAILY stress into my life for 8-months. Quite literally, it was on my mind 24/7 as I was seeking, yearning, praying, looking for the answer everywhere. Eight months later, after all that investment, I still was no closer to knowing what to do. I needed a lifeline and Lifebook came into the picture.

Now, I would like to point out, that despite my best efforts, the Lifebook process thus far did not help with arriving at my answer. However, that doesn't take away from the fantastic tool that I believe Lifebook is and/or has the potential to be.

I have noticed a positive change in me. I am no longer mulling on a consistent basis what to do about the law school decision. I have allowed myself bandwidth to contemplate that there are 12-categories in life. I have grown in confidence realizing that the first step to change is conscious, deliberate effort toward developing a vision. Lifebook has helped me to do that! I am very grateful. It is obvious to me that my Lifebook journey does not stop here. I need to keep plugging away to arrive at a life that 12-category strong and to arrive at a satisfying decision concerning law school. I am hopeful that Lifebook can help.
Thank you, Silvia Malek
