"It's nice to feel back on track with a clearer vision of where I'm going"

I've always been pretty self-aware so I wasn't too sure on what to expect from this program. I really appreciated the opportunity to break everything down, which allowed me to dig deeper into how I was feeling and what I was thinking about the tiniest of details in my life.
Before I knew it, my habits were changing without me trying, because I knew I wanted better for myself than what I was already settling for.
Before this program, I was getting progressively lost in the whirlwind of my life, not sure of the next step or what direction to take. I started considering counseling because was afraid I was becoming depressed, and I already have so much in my life I'm grateful for! It's nice to feel back on track with a clearer vision of where I'm going. I look forward to continuing to make adjustments in my life and growing.
