I was drawn to the Lifebook process because it was a good match for me. Anyone seeking more clarity with who they are and what they are all about would benefit from this program. I personally put a high value on "clarity" in my life experiences. Clarity brings me wonderful insights and feelings of appreciation and self-love not to mention focus and direction in areas that may have gotten less attention. And it opens the door for more compassion to accept myself and others on our unique life journeys as our paths cross and parallel through time and space. To me it's all about the journey and there are many many paths. Enjoy!
