Lifebook is the first complete overall program that addresses all of the areas of your life that I have ever come across.
It is presented in a clear logical manner and has helped me define what I believe, what I wish to accomplish and how I may make it real.
I have worked on various other programs and exercises to uncover various aspects of who I am, but they did not complete the task for me as completely as Lifebook has.
I started this journey last December by signing up for the program and have kept up with it through the six-week journey.
Initially, I figured that I would only work the program and ask for a refund at the end. However, I really want to continue with the learning and I don't want to, and don't have to do it alone. I have signed up for Lifebook Mastery.
In my own six weeks journey, I have tightened up my health and fitness program as well as my morning routine. I came to the realization that I need and want to continue my work in education: I am a teacher, mentor and coach.
To that end, I know that I am well suited to life coaching, retirement coaching and sobriety coaching. I realize that it will take some time to build a business and meanwhile, I can use this time to continue to learn about the profession of coaching as well as work on other categories of Lifebook. I have rededicated myself to a blog that I have written for almost three years but had let slide.
As well I am researching material for a book focused on people fifty and over who wish to make the changes in their lives in order to find their own path of happy destiny.
Finally, I see youth in my neighborhood who desperately need inspiration to move forward, to create a life of their own making, and not the default of letting life happen. My vision is to be the best English and Spanish speaking coach, writer and motivational speaker in Central America.
I am grateful that I don't have to do this alone. I have the Lifebook and Mindvalley Communities behind me.
