My very first insight came with the very first category "Health & Fitness". I started listing down all the negative beliefs around that area...then I watched the recorded Q&A where Jon was highlighting the importance of choosing the affirming beliefs. It was hard for me at the beginning, I struggled but once I got myself going I couldn't stop and it felt really good and reassuring to know that there is a positive premise to base my life upon. And then I felt temped to re-write the whole category and it boiled down to
Premise: I LIKE MYSELF JUST THE WAY I AM
Vision: I AM BEAUTIFUL AND STRONG
Purpose: BECAUSE I AM JUST THE WAY I (AM) MEANT TO BE RIGHT NOW (for the benefit of all)
Strategy: I AM BEING (ONLY) MYSELF
And this simplicity turned everything upside down. And now I hold on to this and all becomes easy, I feel free and empowered. No struggle to meet any expectations (including my own)...but pure, joyful, authentic living. Self-acceptance did a miracle on me. Lightened up my life and opened a powerful perspective - with the rest categories I really appreciated how much I really am for myself, for my dear ones, for my profession and my clients, for the world. After Lifebook I can bravely declare "I am an important contributor to this Universe and the Universe wouldn't be the same without me." Thank you Lifebook, Missy, Jon, Alex, team for the simple yet profound process you took us through, it totally shifted my perspective on my own life and Life itself!
