Lifebook is a fantastic program. Before Lifebook, I already was very methodic and thought on a regular basis about my life vision, but this program's Premise/Vision/Purpose/Strategy method applied to all 12 categories brought even more clarity to my life.
As a result, many aspects of my life vision that were somewhat frozen started to move in the right direction. I really enjoyed every step of the way, bringing full attention to only one category at a time. I found some categories really challenging because it made me highly emotional to think and write about my feelings. I highly recommend this program, even if you already feel you have an extraordinary life. It can always be better. It feels amazing to invest time in myself and I really enjoyed the journey.
