I'm so positive that things are finally getting better for me and I'm so glad I have the Lifebook community!

I am 42 and have had depression and anxiety my entire life and although I have always pictured my perfect life in all these categories, I ever did write any goals down and everything seemed so out of reach for me.
I've just floated through life. Just existed not really living. I'm in a dead-end job that pays decent but I'm unhappy in most areas. I went from the Transitional category before Lifebook and now I'm in the Above Average category!
I'm back at the gym, drinking more water, spending less time on Facebook, doing other Mindvalley courses... and I'm getting more excited about a pitch I've been working on for a TV series.
I'm so positive that things are finally getting better for me and I'm so glad I have the Lifebook community! I've even made a few Lifebook friends!
Can't wait for Lifebook Mastery!

"It's more akin to remembering something forgotten"

During Lifebook it dawned on me that being my best and doing my best are synonymous with my birth right. As I clear all that has overshadowed that original state, I am destined to live a "cup runneth over" life. It's not so much that I am learning something new, it's more akin to remembering...
