Before lifebook I interacted with the life categories in a very haphazard manner and and I was completely ignorant about some of them such as emotional life and social life. I thank lifebook because now I'm fully conscious about all the categories and I'm approaching life in an organized way. 
This has reduced stress and increased my happiness. 
I will strive to influence all my loved once to learn and live lifebook.
