“Such a complete program”

The author and presenter covered all aspects of life and asked insightful questions to hone down to the bare essentials in order to get down to what really matters. That is a skill, as all too often we are bombarded by too much non-essential information that obscures what is really important.
Plus, he is a family man, a husband, a businessman, someone that one can relate to. He spoke very candidly about his life and people appreciate that I "felt" his authenticity and that goes a long way to believing and buying into the premise of Lifebook. Truth be told I would like to do the course again as I'm sure there were (some) elements I missed the last time.
