Hi, everybody! I have just finished my Lifebook! Shedding light on each category of my life was simply amazing. I have made some changes in my diet, in my house, and in my fitness program. But the most amazing gift was seeing how wonderful and beautiful my life already is! Before Lifebook, I was not so conscious that I already have almost everything I want in this life. Through this beautiful journey, I could realize how wonderful and fulfilling my career is, as a doctor. And how I really like and enjoy the friends I have by my side. How solid my marriage is, how much I love and enjoy my two kids, and how happy and lucky I am. I already live in a world of abundance. And so on.... and that’s why my intra-spect assessment score went from 126 to 143 ?. I will certainly continue my journey with Jon and Missy, because I want to grow more and more, each day of my life. My deepest feeling now? Infinite gratitude for everything!
