Before Lifebook I thought I would be stuck forever with my unhealthy and unfit body. Now I created a strategy that I am following everyday and I feel very empowered and I am sure I will be able to achieve the level of health and fitness I envision for myself. I am also able to manage my stress level, show up and work on the parts of my business that I didn’t enjoy, I am a better mother and a better wife. I also started the process of self love and I feel like I own my present and future now. Thank you Jon and Missy!
