"I am extremely grateful and happy with what Lifebook has taught me and helped me to achieve"

August, 23rd 2020 Many things have happened, since I started my Lifebook journey 6 weeks ago, and I am extremely grateful and happy with what Lifebook has taught me and helped me to achieve. 
HEALTH & FITNESS When I started 6 weeks ago, I started most of my days walking 2.5K on the treadmill in about 30 minutes. Currently, I am using the 10K run app and jogging an average of more than 6K in just a bit more than 1 hour every morning. I have moved from 1 to 3 online Pilates classes a week, and I have really toned my body. I have extended my knowledge about nutrition (e.g. using the NOOM app and joining Eric Edmeades’ Mindvalley Masterclass) and I have changed my nutrition intake. 
I have lost 2 kg in the last 6 weeks (and most likely added a lot of muscle weight). There is still a lot of room for improvement here and I am excited about how much better my body feels. I have no longer pain in my knees and my Fibromyalgia has most certainly extremely improved! 
INTELLECTUAL I have worked on my Lifebook consistently, and I put great effort into getting at least daily ‘reading for pleasure’ time twice a day. I also make time to follow masterclasses, read for study purposes and watch e.g. TED Talks to increase my knowledge, and I have started an online coaching course. 
EMOTIONAL I have made it a habit to start every day giving thanks and experiencing gratitude and I have become much better at releasing negative emotional states and replacing them with positive affirmations. As such, challenges have turned into opportunities. 
CHARACTER I have made enormous progress in improving my self-discipline! 
SPIRITUAL I have introduced daily Quality Time with Myself, and after my morning exercise routine, I use guided meditation practice (Calm app) to find inner peace and happiness. 
LOVE Although this is the category that requires most of my attention, I feel that I have made enough progress to know that I want to spend more time and effort into improving my relationship with my husband. I am more conscious about how to reach a better balance in my love life. 
PARENTING It makes me extremely happy to realize that my children have turned out to be good people! 
SOCIAL LIFE I am extremely thankful that I have been able to help a dear friend facing an extremely challenging time and to support my brother going through COVID-19 sickness, isolation, loneliness, and recovery, although I am living far away and had to provide this support all virtually, due to the #stayhome circumstances. 
FINANCIAL & CAREER I have been able to make a skilled trade, my coaching skills for marketing skills and as a result of that, I have been able to expand my services and seen a growth of the number of clients over the last few weeks. I see myself as a lifelong learner, but more recently I have been investing time into masterclasses and courses that allow me to become Multi-Faceted, and not only add value to what I am already good at. 
QUALITY OF LIFE Living with a quote of William A. Foster in mind: “Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.”, from moderate to excellent. I know that “Belief creates reality” and I have started to live accordingly.
