The Health and fitness category really helped me, as I wake up early everyday and go for a walk. I am more focused on exactly what I want in my intellectual life and in my emotional life. I found a sense of purpose and a direction as to what I truly truly want in my life. I read more self-help book and have developed a strong sense of self-love. I am still work in progress, its not an easy task but nevertheless I am pushing forward to building my life back.
