I would say that I was progressing in each category intuitively. My goal was to improve my quality of life so I kept learning and implementing new strategies to make my life better. I never had a global vision of what I wanted my life to look like and was never been able to do a visual board.
Thanks to Lifebook I have clarity regarding the person I want to become and the life I want to live. With the framework, I am not only able to think deeply about my belief, my purpose, my vision and my strategy, but I am able to modify it along the way. I love to think and create so working on my Lifebook comes naturally, I love and enjoy doing it. The fact that Jon is sharing his point of view is great because it is food for thoughts. Lifebook gave me an overall vision of what I want my life to look like. I have an overall sense of purpose in life. I feel like a re-birth. I realized that I have a lot of limiting beliefs that are preventing me to get what I really want. On the other hand I realized that my beliefs got me what I have today (whether I like what I have or not).
And now, I know what I need to do to shape my ideal life. I know that I started to create a good foundation for my future life. I am planting a seed and I know that I need to water it to make is flourish. I am determine to create an awesome life. I am ready to put the efforts, to make the needed sacrifices to achieve my life vision. I only see greatness and positivity for my future. Life is waiting for me to unlock my full potential, I'm super hopeful about my life moving forward.
